We are closely monitoring the spread of the COVID-19 coronavirus and continually reviewing guidance issued by government health authorities, including the Centers for Disease Control, the World Health Organization and local health authorities. Like many other companies, we are taking actions to minimize risk to our employees and our valued clients.
We seek to minimize any disruption to our clients while ensuring the safety of our employees. As such, we have taken precautions to ensure the safety of clients and employees which includes support for employees that need to work from home. These precautions allow our business and services to continue to function effectively.
With respect to ICBC transactions, we are now able to assist you in the office but if you prefer, we are still able to conduct business by phone and email. ICBC announced their business continuity plan, which allows us to conduct ICBC renewals and business by phone and email during this outbreak. This is a temporary measure until further notice.
